At Pastures New Counselling, I am committed to making therapy accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone—regardless of ability, background, or communication style.
1. Online and Remote Access- Online sessions are available via secure, GDPR-compliant platforms- I can offer text-based therapy or email check-ins if verbal communication is difficult- Captions, transcripts, or visual summaries can be provided on request
2. Inclusive Practice- I work affirmatively with clients of all identities, including LGBTQIA+, disabled, neurodiverse, and culturally diverse communities- I regularly review my practice to improve accessibility and welcome feedback from clients
3. Feedback and Adjustments If you experience any barriers or need adjustments, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your needs and make therapy a safe and supportive space for you.
